Keeping Our Clients and Staff Informed

The Coronavirus pandemic is affecting everyone's lives and we all need to be well informed to keep ourselves and other people safe. In the care industry we have extra challenges and responsibilities and all of us at PerCurra are responding swiftly as new guidelines are released.

Earlier this year we launched a bespoke smartphone App and it's proving invaluable. We can share new advice with our workforce as soon as we get it and now more than ever staff are making use of the equipment (gloves, aprons, masks etc) ordering facility. We also have a Q&A section for staff and I am personally answering their queries and, where needed, getting further advice for them.

Our Care Managers and their Care Co-ordinators have reviewed every client situation and also discussed contingency plans with them and their families in case we get to the situation where a large number of our care staff are sick or need to self-isolate. We have contacted all our clients (and family members in some cases) to make them aware of all we are doing to keep them and our staff safe during these challenging times.

We will continue to keep up to date as events unfold. We are extremely proud of our wonderful team of care staff who, as usual, have the welfare and happiness of our clients in the forefront of their mind.
