My name is Monica Maparanyanga and I’m the Managing Director of the North Northamptonshire branch.
As an experienced health professional I understand how various medical conditions can make it difficult for people to cope with day to day living in their own homes. That’s where we can help. Our Care Assistants are carefully selected for their friendliness, respect and empathy as well as their skills.
I believe it’s important that our care staff are given the time to have meaningful conversations with clients and get to know their needs. I have worked in the private health sector and the NHS – most recently in frontline breast cancer diagnosis. Patient appointments are quick and there isn’t the time to develop those relationships. When the care is delivered in a person’s own home we can make that time and that’s what I love. So whether you need a high level of support or just a few hours of companionship and help to get out and about, get in touch and we can talk about how we can help you to live your life, your way.
