Meet Joanne

I had worked as a care assistant for 10 years. I loved my job whole-heartedly and now use my own experience on the ‘front line’ to ensure that our care teams always provide the best care possible. I live up to my own expectations every day. I manage my care team to care in this same manner - with empathy and compassion.

Meet Sally

I worked in pharmacy for 7 years and decided I wanted to be able to help people in a more dedicated and compassionate way, I went to work as an HCA in domiciliary care and immediately loved it. I went on to work in complex needs care and gained huge amounts of training and experience - it's great to share this knowledge with our carers.
