Hello, I’m Terri McKenzie. I am the branch owner of PerCurra Chelmsford West and Brentwood. I have over 13 years of experience in services ranging from residential to clinically complex care. Working in Healthcare gives me the satisfaction of knowing my hard work and dedication is helping people live their lives their way- whatever challenges they may face

I am passionate about delivering excellent standards of care and recruiting care professionals who share the PerCurra values.

Hi, I’m Gerry Symonds – Care Co-ordinator for PerCurra Chelmsford West and Brentwood.  I have worked in Health and Social Care for 10 years in various capacities and have particular expertise relating to learning disabilities, young people and elderly people.

 As a Care Co-ordinator I enjoy having the opportunity to enhance the daily lives of our clients, I’m a really strong advocate for person-centred care. My role also involves managing the onboarding of new clients, co-ordinating our team of care professionals, whilst supporting and encouraging them in their careers.

Hi! I'm Sophie. I have worked in Care Services and Customer Service for over 10 years in various settings. I am passionate about helping people and making a difference in their lives by supporting them to remain as independent as possible in their own homes.

In my role as Field Care Supervisor, my main focus is care quality and compliance in the community. I ensure we deliver care and support to the highest standard and support our community team in their professional development.
