Congratulations to PerCurra’s founder Gill Heppell for being recognised as Most Influential CEO 2023 (Home Care Sector) in CEO Monthly Magazine’s awards.

When Gill founded her home care company in 2008 her objective was clear; to help people live their lives, their way by delivering exceptional support, flexible to their changing needs. After establishing PerCurra in Nottingham and collecting multiple awards from the business sector and the care industry, Gill decided to expand the brand across the UK through franchising. Each PerCurra branch owner shares Gill’s vision for the brand and is passionate about providing excellent service by well-trained care professionals.

Speaking about this latest accolade Gill said: “This is great news and I’m delighted to accept this award from CEO Monthly Magazine. PerCurra has grown into a trusted and respected home care brand and it’s rewarding to see our network growing across the country.

“A big part of my role now is mentoring and encouraging staff and our branch owners (franchisees) to achieve their vision for their business. As a leader, I am very receptive to new ideas from people within our organisation. I love the way our teams are passionate about making life better for our clients and our staff.

“I am in a constant state of learning – I feel this is not only a healthy attitude but also keeps PerCurra as a key player in the health and social care sector.”
