PerCurra North Notts Franchisee Signs New 10-Year Agreement
PerCurra Franchising is delighted to announce that Olivia Newcombe has signed a new 10-year franchise agreement, reaffirming her commitment to delivering high-quality home care services across North Nottinghamshire.
Olivia first became a PerCurra franchisee in 2021 when she launched PerCurra North Nottinghamshire, bringing the organisation's person-centred care services to people living throughout the area.
Her franchise journey followed more than a decade of dedicated service with PerCurra's flagship branch in West Bridgford, Nottingham. Having joined the company as a Care Assistant, Olivia quickly demonstrated her passion for delivering exceptional care and supporting clients to live independently in their own homes.
Over the course of eleven years, she progressed through a number of increasingly senior roles, including Field Care Supervisor, Care Co-ordinator and Acting Care Manager, gaining extensive experience across all aspects of care delivery and business operations.
Since establishing her own franchise, Olivia has built a strong reputation for providing reliable, compassionate care services and creating a supportive environment for both clients and care staff.
Commenting on the signing of her new franchise agreement, Olivia said:
"I am absolutely delighted to be extending my partnership with PerCurra for a further 10 years. Having started my career with the organisation as a Care Assistant and progressed through a variety of roles, PerCurra has played an important part in my professional journey.
"Becoming a franchisee in 2021 gave me the opportunity to build a business that makes a genuine difference within local communities, and I am incredibly proud of everything that our team has achieved so far.
"Looking ahead, I am excited to continue growing the business, creating more employment opportunities and delivering excellent care and support to people across North Nottinghamshire. We remain committed to helping our clients live independently and with dignity in the comfort of their own homes."
Gill Heppell, CEO of PerCurra Franchising, congratulated Olivia on reaching this milestone and praised her achievements since becoming a franchise owner. She said: "It has been wonderful to see Olivia flourish as a business owner over the past five years. Having worked her way through the organisation from Care Assistant to Acting Care Manager before becoming a franchisee, she possesses an exceptional level of expertise and industry knowledge.
"Olivia leads by example and demonstrates an unwavering commitment to delivering excellence for her clients while also providing outstanding support and leadership to her care team. She embodies the values that are at the heart of the PerCurra network and has built a highly respected care service within her community.
"We are delighted that Olivia has chosen to extend her partnership with PerCurra and look forward to supporting her continued growth and success over the next decade."
The new agreement reflects both Olivia's confidence in the PerCurra model and the strength of the relationship she has developed with the franchisor since first joining the organisation more than 15 years ago.
As PerCurra North Nottinghamshire continues to expand its services, Olivia and her team remain focused on providing outstanding care that enables people to remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes for as long as possible.
