Easter egg fun for PerCurra staff

26 March 2021

To celebrate Easter and also the easing of Covid restrictions, we have been running a competition for our frontline care staff. There are three prizes of a £75 voucher towards an activity such as a theme park visit or spa day.

We sent all staff a ‘melt, mould & decorate’ kit from confectionary supplier Choc on Choc. The kit includes Belgian chocolate buttons for melting, a mould and a selection of sweets for decoration. Our budding chocolatiers were free to add more decoration if they wanted.

Rushcliffe MP Ruth Edwards kindly agreed to judge the competition for us and choose three winners. The entries are now in and next week we will showcase the top three creations.

PerCurra founder and Managing said: “It’s been a tough year for everyone and especially so for care staff. Our teams have proved yet again how dedicated they are to providing excellent support to our clients and they truly deserve a treat.

“The aim of the chocolate egg decorating competition is to give our staff something fun do with their family and the prizes of activity vouchers are to celebrate coming out of lockdown. Photos of the chocolate creations have been sent in and they all look amazing so I’m glad I don’t have to choose the winners. Huge thanks to Ruth Edwards for taking on the task for us.”
