Clear communication is the essence of care delivery and at PerCurra we encourage open communication to allow service to develop with our clients’ aims in mind. Clients’ needs and wishes are acknowledged and discussed throughout the process to support the rights of the individual.
At PerCurra we support and empower our care staff to work with clients to support them as their circumstances change. The focus on outcomes based care will lead to enhanced lives for our clients. If a client’s circumstances change and more specialist support is required PerCurra will liaise with other service providers to manage the transition.
PerCurra’s Ethos and Values have been developed after listening to the comments and experiences of those who have sought care for themselves or on behalf of loved ones. People do not want to 'make do' with care services that are available, they want and deserve:-
- an excellent standard of care delivered by trained, dedicated staff
- services delivered at a time convenient to them
- care tailored to their wishes and needs
We believe that everything should be considered possible to give our clients the quality of life they wish for. If this presents challenges then we will do our utmost to find a way to overcome them.
Peace of mind
All staff employed by PerCurra are subject to a Criminal Records Bureau check to give you peace of mind that you are in safe hands when allowing members of staff into your home and helping you in some of the most personal aspects of your life.
