PerCurra provides funded training programmes for all members of staff to assist with personal development and to help maintain the quality and exceptional levels of care we provide.

Training is delivered through a centralised professional training company that combines theory and practical experience in a format designed to suit individual needs and learning style. Our Care Assistants, Care Co-ordinators and Care Managers are all supported through their own individual learning plan.
 
All aspects of training is assessed throughout each course using "on the job" supervisors who assess and support your learning experience.
 
PerCurra utilises nationally recognised and accredited training NVQ level 2 and 3 and the Registered Manager Award to enable staff to achieve recognition for the skills they develop.
 
Whether you are starting out on your career, returning to work or just wishing to develop within your current job role, Percurra training programmes will assist in all aspects of your development.

Interim PA Support
