Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Advisor to work in our Head office. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:·

• Exceptional customer service skills to clients and staff via the telephone, email system and by MSM text messaging

• Being polite, professional and courteous to clients, visitors and staff members

• Responding promptly to client enquiries and keeping clients updated on the outcome of such queries

• Effective communication via the written word using email, telephone and MSM text messaging with clients, staff and external agencies·

• Working as part of the established team, the Care Manager and Care Co-ordinators to deliver positive client outcomes

• Completing department paper work correctly, accurately and promptly

•  Working with computers and databases

• Problem solving skills, methodical thinking and attention to detail

• Confidence when dealing with complex and challenging situations

The hours are part-time to begin with and will increase in line with the company’s growth. The salary is dependent on the successful candidate and their experience.

The hours will be on a rota basis, starting at 7.30am or finishing at 7.30pm. Full training will be given on bespoke software. This is a permanent position.
